Configuration Specialist - Operations

Role Purpose
Support both internal and external clients by configuring electronic devices with Signant Health software for clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Signant Health software onto handheld devices.
• Perform quality checks on the correct installation of software.
• Manage workload to meet customer expected ship dates.
• Troubleshoot devices or software as required.
• Promote continual improvement within the Fulfillment team.
• Maintain good stock control procedures.
• Undertake other responsibilities as required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment.

Desirable:

• Data programming or software creation experience.
• Experience in Inventory/Warehouse management.
• Knowledge of Android/IOS is preferable.
