Resilience is seeking a Specialist II, Business Operations to drive process improvement and operational excellence at our biomanufacturing facility in West Chester, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities within the manufacturing areas, communicating proposed improvements to cross-functional teams, and prioritizing and managing projects through benefit realization. Responsibilities also include the proper application of Lean/Six Sigma Tools; project management; process management and improvement; and cross-functional team leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Practical knowledge of the development of statistics and use of key performance indicators, data analysis, diagnostic tools and techniques
Experience in process management, project management and continuous improvement, or as a direct supervisor of teams working in a Lean environment
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading teams using Lean Tools such as VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Process Mapping, Standard Work, Visual management, 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma etc.
Demonstrated experience in facilitating teams and groups in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvements
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt training and/or certification from an American Society of Quality (ASQ) recognized program (or equivalent)
Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience and understanding of GAMP4, cGMP and FDA regulations

Our target annualized base pay hiring range for this position is $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
