By using a combination of automated microscopy, single cell sequencing, and machine learning Phenomic is able to screen targets in complex experimental models that better mimic the tumour microenvironment. Phenomic have also developed tools that let them map results back to human data, to ensure model relevance at the molecular level; a key challenge facing todays pipelines.
