PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESYou will become an expert in Natera’s billing and invoicing service offerings.Help lead billing agent training aspect at all corporate training and with the billing call centerteam.Manage and develop the billing agent development and training intranet site.Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).Cross-collaborate with other BUs to develop and share best practices.Document and improve billing procedures pertaining to invoicing and patient communication.Perform other duties as assigned. This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training, and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirementsEmployee must pass a post-offer criminal background check QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.Minimum of 2 years of billing experienceBackground in medical billing or training preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Outgoing personality with excellent oral & presentation skills.Ability to think strategically as well as execute tacticallyEmphasis on competitive analysis and team-first attitude.Ability to relate and educate our billing offerings to potential patients and internal agentsStrong quantitative and MS Excel skillsSelf-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaborativelyMust act with a sense of urgencyExcellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTDuties are typically performed in an office setting however work from home will be an option.This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.Duties may require working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends) at times.#LI-SD1
