LOCATION: This job is a hybrid position out of our San Carlos, CA or Austin, TX office
POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Digital Product Management team, this role will focus on creating scalable products for Natera’s internal operations teams to enable consistent excellent experience for providers and patients. If you enjoy moving quickly, accomplishing aspirational goals in an ever-changing environment, and working on truly impactful products this role is for you.
Map out and analyze internal processes and systems, become the SME in this domain and develop products to meet the needs of our internal users across Accessioning, Data Management, Customer Experience, Revenue Cycle Management, and Sales.
Drive efficiencies through product innovation and work with multiple engineering teams to implement new solutions that can scale.
Communicate with senior-level stakeholders to champion your efforts and gain buy-in for product plans.
3+ years of experience in product management focusing on complex operational/business process related projects or equivalent experience at a hyper growth company.
Exceptional analytical skills, operational excellence DNA, obsessed with finding ways to make processes more efficient through software solutions.
Proven ability to learn how processes work quickly, ask the right questions, and come up with a cohesive plan for how to improve/automate them.
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to define, plan, and lead projects forward.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Experience in operational roles - a plus
Experience in healthcare - a plus

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
