Exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to develop and scale a Client Success team for a mid-sized rapidly growing Adtech company. The ideal candidate will have a background leading a Client Success team within digital marketing, digital video or e-commerce. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team focused on ensuring superior client service, excellent campaign management, relationship development, client retention and incremental sales. In addition to regular client communication, this team will be a key connector across internal departments and a conduit back to the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an East Coast team of Client Success professionals responsible for ushering campaigns through a custom process from presale to cash - articulating key value of our product within every touch point
  • Create Solutions for customers leveraging in-depth understanding of national advertising, digital video and data-driven audience targeting and attention marketplace
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data heavy information into simple but powerful stories and insights
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders around wider Agency / Brand Partnerships
  • Develop and conduct client service focused training and ongoing coaching to foster growth opportunities for the team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing - Digital Video or e-commerce preferred
  • Understands and drives solution selling - previous experience introducing new products to the market and leveraging video, content, and data
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with key partners in sales, marketing, and insights to scope and priorities opportunities Strong organizational / time management skills and be detail oriented
  • Experience with change management preferred
Salary Range
$120,000$145,000 USD
