What You'll Do:
Work within a team of engineers to add new, performant features to maximize blood tubes and data into the lab and signed, official reports out of the lab.
Remove bottlenecks that directly impact our anti-cancer mission
Take ownership of the features you build and be a valuable team player
Collaborate and lead technical discussions within the team
Support the operations teams that use the system you build through on-call rotations
Interact with cross functional teams (Product, Lab Operations etc) to drive innovation and deliver for our customers
Who You Are:
- A love of programming, curiosity and drive to constantly improve and learn new things
- A commitment and passion for technical excellence and quality
- 5+ years of relevant work experience building scalable, well architected, production ready solutions on the frontend
- Experience with writing automated tests as part of your development workflow
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
The estimated, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $154,000- $232,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
