Enveda is looking for a R&D Project Manager to join the team!
The contribution you will make:
As R&D Project Manager, you will support our pipeline teams across multiple areas of cutting-edge science: chemistry, biology, and DMPK studies. You will help us deliver priority initiatives by aligning project deliverables with company goals and timelines. Your number one priority will be to organize our work and coordinate key internal and external stakeholders for maximal laboratory output and project success. You will contribute to our mission of advanced drug discovery through the coordination of research activities internally and with CROs.
As R&D Project Manager, you will work closely with our VP - India Operations.

You get to collaborate on

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Construct and maintain a dashboard of data received from CROs and internal cross-functional teams, and update the status of all ongoing activities to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Work with scientific leads to build work plans including clear deliverables, timeline and budget
  • Present progress and status updates at company-wide biweekly meetings

Who will thrive in this role?

  • Educational Background: Masters or Ph.D. in life sciences or other related fields. PMP certification preferred
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing projects in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with a working knowledge of in vitro and in vivo drug development. Proven ability to build relationships with third party vendors
  • Skills: Superior project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with electronic management systems and electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN) such as Benchling and CDD
